I declare that the particulars given above by me are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I agree to abide
by the rules of the College, as well as the conditions, rules, regulations, and notices for students and others that may
be posted on the College's noticeboard. I have taken particular note that, in order to be eligible to appear for the
university examination, I must attend at least two-thirds of the total lectures, practical, presentations, and tutorials.
Shortage of attendance will be dealt with as per the ordinance of the University of Delhi.

I understand that the University of Delhi seeks to maintain and create an academic work environment free of sexual
harassment. I shall participate in creating a safe and respectful environment for students and staff. I understand that,
if found guilty, action will be initiated against me as per the University of Delhi and College rules under "The sexual
harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
I have noted the infrastructure and facilities available in the college. I understand that the College is at liberty to
withdraw any facility or issue selection criteria for use of available facilities as may be decided from time to time. I
understand that College may add or provide additional facilities to all or specific students as per its decision.
I submit to the rules and regulations of the College and the University of Delhi and shall abide by decisions of the
College. I further declare that on admission, I shall submit myself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Principal of
the College, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Delhi, and the several authorities who may be vested with
power to exercise discipline under the Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Rules that have been formulated by the
University.
